DTW Designs is pleased to announce that Michael Biondo has joined the company as a shareholder through a planned business succession arrangement.
In July 2026, Michael acquired a 40% ownership stake in the business, with the remaining shares to be transferred in July 2027. The structured transition has been designed to ensure continuity for clients while preserving the values and high standards that have underpinned the business for the past 25 years.
Founder and Managing Director Owen Brischke said "the arrangement provides certainty for clients and positions the business for ongoing growth". Michael, who was previously a student of DTW Designs and later developed his industry experience with Mackay Sugar, will assume full ownership in July 2027.
The transition reflects a shared commitment to maintaining the DTW Designs legacy while preparing the organisation for its next stage of development and success.
